BOWIE CHEER TEAM

The Bowie Cheer program is dedicated to building pride and unity within Bulldog Nation. We are committed to representing James Bowie High School honorably. Bowie Cheer is proud to be an integral part of the game-day experience as we hope to create a positive atmosphere as we spread school spirit, pride, and tradition at Bowie. We seek to encourage crowd involvement and support for all Bowie programs. We are focused on building character and self-confidence within our members by working hard to develop skills as athletes and giving back to the community in philanthropic projects. We expect our members to learn life lessons that will develop them as well-rounded student-athletes and community leaders.

COACH HAILEY SCOTT

It is a privilege to step into the role of Head Cheer Coach at Bowie High School. Having been born in Austin and raised in Hutto, returning to this vibrant community feels both humbling and full circle. Cheerleading has been a defining part of my journey, and I am eager to lead, inspire, and build upon the strong tradition of excellence within this program.

I cheered at Hutto High School, before continuing at the University of Texas at Arlington—home of a nationally ranked cheer team that secured NCA College Nationals titles in Daytona—and then spending four years on the All-Girl Texas Spirit Squad at the University of Texas at Austin. I look forward to teaching my athletes the skills, discipline, and team values I gained from these experiences.

This will be my first season as a head coach, and my top priority is to build a strong, connected team culture where athletes feel supported and challenged to grow. I’m committed to getting to know each of my athletes and their families this season.

It’s truly a pleasure to be part of the Bowie family.
